Hey guys, know I've been pretty scarce here the past few months.  I spent an amazing 9 weeks in the south of France, then came back to the states to graduate college!  I now officially have a BFA in them funny books.  I have some super awesome art plans for the future, and am working on a couple comics projects and more illustrations for prints.  I'm also in the process of getting a new con schedule together for 2012 but I'll have more on that later. In the mean time, I've decided to switch deviantart accounts.  I've had a good run over here at chibipirate (https://www.deviantart.com/chibipirate) but I think it's time for a change.  You can now find me over at :devthecommander

Hey guys, just wanted to leave a quick note saying I had a great time at MomoCon and NashiCon!  Back to back cons was tough, especially with finals in the middle, but it was worth it.  Got to see some great friends at MomoCon and meet some great artists (including the creators of Honeydew Syndrome and other awesome comics!)  NashiCon was a nice small con and was a fun, relaxed atmosphere, which was especially nice after the crazyness of Momo. Thanks to everyone who dropped by the table, it was fun talking to the folks who came by at Nashi when we were really slow.  Enjoyed the commissions and started sell out of some buttons.  I kinda want t

Kami Con was GREAT!!  This year was seriously amazing, they had sooooo many people on Saturday compared to last year.  Kami Con always does a really good job in my opinion so I'm super happy that they are growing! I shared a table with my best bud ~NGKchan (https://www.deviantart.com/ngkchan) and popped her artist alley cherry even though she's sat with me at my tables for about a year now.  Our table setup looked like super awesome this year and like I actually knew what I was doing, it was awesome.
